It's the female counterpart to another piece I have done. When I had finished the lineart I was standing before the problem of not knowing how to colour her. I didn't want to give her bis scales as I gave him and any colourscheme I could come up with was boring, so I just added some swirls to her skin, because one can never have enough swirls. ^^

Higgins Dragon
This came out really well. I really like the "opacity" of swirls depending on skin color. And of course, pillows. There's no such thing as too many, and there's never enough. :)

I love how you've used the spikes on her tail to illustrate the twist and the beads on her hip to illustrate the volume there. The horns are unusual and refreshing! :)
